Dear Yogis,
Was it a dream what we just felt !!
A long time ago, while Touring India with Music of Joy with Sadhana Didi (Shri Mataji’s daughter) and Rommel Sab (Didi’s husband), an idea was born – a hope of the heart that never left us, and that was one day the Tour would visit Shikarpur, the ancestral home of Rommel Sab and the traditional home of Sadhana Didi and Rommel.
It is often said that from little things big things grow. Work and planning began a long time ago to prepare for this day. Facilities were slowly but steadily enhanced, added to and uplifted. Shikarpur was transformed – preparing to receive the Tour. The preparations also began on the ground in Australia. Planning began more than a eighteen months ago to prepare the Tour to India and to meet with Sadhana Didi and Rommel Sab.
As part of this great 2024 MOJ Tour, this historical meeting was long planned. Then at the borderlands of Bihar where India rises up to meet Nepal and in this beautiful and ancient rural region where tigers roam still, in the village of Shikarpur, the great meeting took place, long hoped for and anticipated, but it did take place.

Sahaja Yoga pilgrims of Australia, New Zealand, India and Nepal would take some time to visit with Sadhana Didi and Rommel Sab in their traditional home in Shikarpur.
And so, what was first just an idea, then a dream, transformed and became a reality. The Tour travelled the long and winding road to end up spending some time in the gracious and loving company of Sadhana Didi and Rommel Sab who are both the epitome of the gracious hosts and our loving and respected elders.
There are no limits to their care, unending grace and limitless generosity, and while we had travelled over great distances and over vast oceans to be there. Arriving that evening, in the night, under the starlight courtyard lite by all those lights. Crossing the threshold into their family home. It felt so natural, without a word that needed to be spoken, we knew that we had come home at long last.
As John shared on behalf of the group, “we gave our word a long time ago that one day we would come, and now we have come”.
Didi replied, “yes you kept your word, welcome home”.
Hari said of those few days, he has not the words that can do justice to what we all felt, words cannot capture the depth of the feelings of the heart and the spiritual emotions felt. And while we could not see, we could feel in the joy of the spirit, the Nirakara form of Our Mother enjoying with us every moment.

We cannot end this tribute without a deep and heartfelt thank you and immense gratitude to our dedicated brother Nilesh Shaw, one of the most sincere, hard working and genuine Yogi any of us have every meet. Nilesh did all the hard work on the ground to put in all the arrangements for all the Tour and for all the group. Nilesh is the master of organisation but done so with the huge love of a saint. Thank you Nilesh from each and every one of us brother.
To our hosts, Sadhana Didi and Rommel Sab, we have no words to express what we felt in our hearts when we were so honoured to have come into your presence, for the love and grace you showered upon us. We felt the love and grace of Our Most Beloved and Holy Mother through you both .
Thank you to you both and to all who hosted us for our time in this mystical and spiritual corner of India, your beloved home.

I had a wonderful experience with the group Music of Joy. I have seen this group since my childhood. I feel very good that I played instrument with you and with the supreme grace of Shri Mataji, Maa gave me this opportunity.
I would like to thank Shri Mataji from the bottom of my heart that Maa gave me this wonderful opportunity. If I have made any mistake or any mistake of any kind, then please forgive me, considering me as your small child and I would like to remain associated with the programs of Music of Joy in the same way from the bottom of my heart.
