This Sunday, Sydney welcomes the beautiful sounds of Music of Joy for a special music and meditation concert to enlighten the spirit.

Inspired by cultures from around the world, Music of Joy blends Eastern and Western musical traditions into something truly uplifting – calming the mind, opening the heart and bringing people together through music.

Audiences have described their music as ‘heart-opening’, ‘joyful’, ‘soothing’, ‘uplifting’ and ‘sublime’.

But this is more than just a concert.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, relax and experience the gentle peace of Sahaja Yoga meditation through simple techniques that help you feel balanced, refreshed and connected within yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already on your journey, everyone is warmly welcome.

Feel the music. Experience the stillness. Discover the joy within.
