A call for Unity in WA
Collective meeting
Saturday 13th September 2025 3pm
Gidgegannup Ashram
On 4th August 2025, the National Navaratri Puja was announced to be hosted at Gidgegannup Ashram (near Perth) on the last weekend in September. On 7th August a separate WA group announced a competing Puja at Albany on the same weekend.
We previously shared Frank Giannasi’s 10th August and 17th August letters to the WA collective about the transparency and wisdom of announcing this competing Puja on the Navaratri weekend and at a venue other than the auspicious Gidgegannup Ashram. See these letters here.
Our Divine Mother’s Design
Frank Giannasi was asked by Shri Mataji to build “the Hangar” which is the Gidgegannup Ashram as well the one at Cabella, where many of the international Pujas are held.
Frank shared with us a story of how Her Holiness Shri Mataji established Gidgegannup and Life Eternal Trust Western Australia (LETWA) and here we wholeheartedly share this story with the wider Australian Collective – please take time to read it as it demonstrates the Divine Hand in the building of “Gidge” and LETWA’s formation, the stable unifying umbrella serving the WA collective so well.

A Meeting of Hearts Has Been Called
Yogis concerned about the divisive nature of a competing Puja have now arranged a collective unity meeting for the afternoon of 13th September 2025 at Gidgegannup Ashram.
We share the meeting poster and the focus.
To my Brothers and Sisters in Perth
Before we meet, let us each quietly ask ourselves two questions, with hand on heart, before our Holy Mother:
1. Do I truly want to divide the Perth collective – and why?
2. Why do I want to host a national Puja in Albany?
These are not questions to debate with one another, but to answer honestly within. Mother sees beyond all justification and ego, directly into the sincerity of our hearts.
Let us remember: the strength of our collective is not in numbers or place, but in the purity of our hearts and the unity of our spirit.
Love Frank
