Balmoral new Havan and Amphitheater
A new Havan area has been created at our property, facing the dam. This has been designed to host Havans for the collective. It has been designed in the style of the Amphitheater so it is also very suitable as an outdoor performance area during the warmer months of the year.
New arrangements to access the Dams
Adjacent to the new Havan area, are two new self closing Child Safe pool fence gates. These have been installed as the only points of entry to the areas of our property where the dams are located. The former country style gate that was used to access the Dams will be kept closed as a safety precaution. Everyone seeking to enjoy the bush areas of our property or to access the Dams will need to gain entry using the new Child Safe gates. A new wooden boundary fence has also been built which is securing access to the dams. The new wooden fence is both sturdier and more child safe compared to the former wire fence.
