The book is a collection of prose, poetry, paintings and photography by yogis and seekers from last year’s very successful Self Realisation Tour of Australia that was organised by the Yuva Shakti.

Synopsis
Last year, Shri Mataji brought together yogis, yuvas and seekers on an unimaginable scale to realise the Meditate Australia Tour. Some spent a day involved with the preparation, others for weeks and many over half a year working collectively towards the common goal of spreading Sahaja Yoga. In reality, this meant that no one person’s experiences were the same as another’s. Yet, in combination, it created an addictive atmosphere of joy, wonder and learning.
In “Stories of Growth and Gratitude” you will find a collection of around 150 pieces of prose, poetry, paintings and photography by yogis and seekers as they recall their personal experiences. Each person’s contribution aims to encapsulate what it meant for them to be part of Shri Mataji’s work, and the rewards they received in return.

Each book costs $10 + Shipping
The $10 per book will cover printing costs. Any leftover funds will be donated towards the maintenance of the various Sahaj ashrams across Australia.
There are only 200 copies available, so get your orders in quick! A free online PDF version will also be made available soon, but we encourage you to buy a hard-copy version – it’s a much nicer experience! By the same token, please also be mindful not to over-purchase so others can also have the chance to purchase the book.
