Dear Brother and Sister,
In Cabella, we cherished the blessings of Our Dearest Mother Shri Mataji for over a decade, with over a hundred international pujas hosted here and a good portion of the summer, year after year, She spent here with all of us. Many of us have lived through the most magical, precious, memorable moments that one could ever hope for.
From the very beginning, when She found this little place alongside the river running through Val Borbera in Piedmont – which She often said reminded Her of Kashmir – with Her divine touch, She converted a place on the verge of being a ruin into a palatial abode for Her children to gather and enjoy, whilst growing deeper in Sahaja Yoga meditation, benefitting from wellness, enriching spiritual and cultural experience, educational facilities, not to mention touristic activities in possibly one of the richest countries in the world in terms of art.
With these beautiful memories of Shri Mataji, and our hearts full of gratitude, we are pleased to announce that we have received formal approval to carry out some maintenance work in the Castle (Palazzo Doria). Our sahaja architects have done an outstanding job of putting together the drawings and documentation that not only shares the historical perspective of this place, but highlights the enhanced significance it has acquired in its time with the Adi Shakti’s stay here in this holy place. As displayed in the layouts/ exhibits at different events throughout last year, our intent is to keep Shri Mataji’s Castle in the style and splendor it was when She most generously donated it, at the time Shri Mataji constituted the World Foundation.
We would like to point out that Shri Mataji’s floor levels (Her apartments and those of Her family’s residence) are not part of the project and so will not be disturbed in any way. The floor levels below including the ground and first level, rest rooms and Mezzanine that require immediate maintenance including plumbing, flooring, electrical, heating work, will be renovated carefully using only the choicest materials / layouts approved by Belle Arti institution, in co-ordination with sahaja architects, builders and specialized artisans in the most appropriate way.
We will be soon announcing our fund-raising appeal and share the plan and work progression on the World Foundation web-site. This indeed is the most important heritage project we will be running over the next couple of years for which we deeply appreciate your comprehension and patience.

World Foundation Internship Program
The Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga World Foundation (WF) offers an internship program for young Sahaja Yogis who are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree or graduated recently. The program invites you to come to Cabella for a period of 2 to 12 months and to join a dynamic team in a vibrant international environment. It will challenge you to put your academic knowledge into practice, expand your knowledge and skills and build up on-the-job experience. At the same time, working at the Sahaja Yoga World Centre, in the most beautiful and blessed landscape of the Borbera Valley, is a joyful and unique spiritual experience. Theater of Eternal Value – Art Academy
It is with great joy that we invite you to register online for the Nirmal Arts Academy 2018 hosted at the Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaj Yoga World Centre in Cabella. Participants can choose from over 40 courses and workshops; from Indian classical music and dance to miniature painting, Ayurvedic massage, theatre and pastry making!

Wellness Camp
With our hearts bowed in Her bhakti and love, we at Sahaja Yoga World Center, invite all Yogis from all over the world to attend the Cabella Wellness Camp – 2018. The Wellness Camp gives one a soulful and nourishing experience of the ‘life at Cabella’ amidst the most beautiful landscape and ambience full of vibrations.
Every year Wellness camp has an overall supervision of Dr. Sujata Kenjale Tommasi, a deep Indian Sahaja Yogini living in Italy from several years. However, this year Sujata will also be accompanied by an expert team that have obtained enormous depth in Sahaj treatments and techniques.

Daglio Camp
It is a great joy and honour to once again invite you all to join the very international and fun-loving collective of ‘Ananda Mela’ Daglio, for the camp of 2018, in Shri Mataji’s house on the hills near Cabella, in the beautiful Italian countryside.
> Preparation Camp Mon 16 Jul – Fri 27 Jul (before Guru Puja; adults & yuvas only: DIY maintenance, cleaning, cooking, gardening, etc.)
> Girls Camp Mon 30 Jul – Sat 11 Aug (adults & yuvas expected 2 days earlier for team building meetings and Health & Safety official training Sat morning)
> Boys Camp Mon 13 Aug – Sat 25 Aug (adults & yuvas expected 2 days earlier for team building and may have to stay 1 day extra for camp closing works)
We are looking for adults & yuvas who love working with children and have skills ranging from cooking, medical care, dorm aunties/uncles, teachers in art, pottery, craft, music, sport, drama, Sahaj education, practical activities, DIY, administration, driving, shopping & hiking etc. Children age 8 to 15 are welcome and are expected to attend the full camp. Places are limited to 60 children and 35 adults per camp, so please let us know before the end of June if you are coming…

Nirmal Vihar – new camping tents
Last year 2017, the World Foundation purchased three different types of new tents for our camping site in Albera, two pneumatic tents – different in model and quality – and a few canvas tents from a Belgium company, each of which can host up to 15 people. The feedback from all the yogis who slept in these tents during the puja season was very specific. An overwhelming 90% liked the canvas tents very much for the cosiness, the comfort, the space, the welcoming atmosphere and especially for the quality. Also in terms of setting up, maintenance and storage, these canvas tents are really easy and practical for our volunteers to handle.
So it was a very easy decision to make; we are going to replace the old and damaged gazebo’s camp near Mulino with these canvas tents. Already about 20 tents are being set up in the Frutteto Camp for the Shri Adi Shakti puja. The completely renewed Nirmal Vihar near the Mulino (approx. 32 tents) will be ready to welcome our many brothers and sisters for the Guru Puja.
Naturally, the WF needs to call on the support and the contributions of the international Sahaja Yoga collectivities in sustaining the cost of such a project. With last year’s contribution from just a few countries, the WF purchased 18 canvas tents for the Ganesha puja. This year, we need another 50 tents, so we would like to encourage everyone to become part of the “Nirmal Vihar” project by donating individually or collectively.
