Celebrating Diwali in Federation Square, Melbourne on Saturday 3rd November!

Dear Yogis,

Jai Shri Mataji!

Last year, the Melbourne Bhajan group was on the stage of the Diwali at Federation Square, a major festival organised every year in Melbourne by the Indian Community. The Melbourne Collective also had a Realisation stall which got continuous attention from wonderful seekers.

A couple of weeks before the date of the festival, they were surprised to see that the organizers asked them not just to sing but also to be the first group on the stage and to open the program with a “procession”. Please see the official video recording of Sahaja Yoga Music Group performance. They sang Jay Ganesh, Ayi Ayi Diwali, and Adimaya Ambabai:

Self-Realisation

The Yogis were also asked to give a presentation about Yoga and meditation on the same stage. For that, they put one condition: during the presentation it should be clearly said that meditation was never taught for money in India as it has always been a spiritual endeavor! They also wanted us to show some Yoga. The recorded event is below:

Invited again to open stage performances

Two weeks ago, it was discovered that the videos above were posted on the official Youtube channel of the organizers. Our Melbourne bhajan group is once again invited by the organizers to open the stage performances this year on this Saturday 3 November. Please have your attention on the event. Hoping that many seekers will get to know about Sahaja Yoga and about HH Shri Mataji with this occasion!

Coming to Hiawatha for National Diwali Seminar?

The Melbourne Collective is also very much looking forward to seeing lots of their brothers and sister at Hiawatha for our National Diwali Puja Seminar from 9 – 11 November. It is never too late to attend so please act on that desire and share the joy!
