This site provides information and support materials for worldwide Sahaja Yoga collectives who are planning to host, or are currently hosting, online courses, such as the monthly 21 Day Courses.
About the Courses
This presentation provides an overview of our experience of presenting the 21 Day online courses. It covers the aim of the courses, the resources and delivery platforms. The presentation is meant to support a general discussion between yogis wishing to host an online course and those who wish to share their experiences of hosting an online course.
