Our International Easter Seminar is fast approaching and there are many opportunities to be involved in this auspicious event.
So that everyone can volunteer in their area of interest, we have created an online form.
Using the following link, you can volunteer for one or more responsibilities and you will then be contacted when assistance is needed.
Volunteer groups
Below is a list of each area with a short description of what is involved. We ask that everyone chooses an option as soon as possible so that we can collectively begin preparations for welcoming our international family.
- Accommodation: Assisting Yogis find their allocated bed, supplying bedding as needed, helping to meet special requests.
- Transport: Organising airport pickups, picking up and dropping off yogis from the airport.
- Security: Coordinating a roster, walking around the property to assist with safety.
- Flowers: Buying flowers, making sure fresh flowers are on all altars, flower arranging.
- Lakshmi Baskets: Decorating baskets, coordinating gifts, packing baskets
- Welcome team: Welcoming visitors on arrival, aarti, prasad, showing them where all facilities are located.
- Wellness Seminar: Setting up wellness area each day, ensuring doctors have everything they need.
- Backdrops: Being part of a team to create backdrops for Wellness seminar week and Puja weekend.
