The Borotín Council announces that starting with the Autumn Term 2023, the position of Principal of Borotín Kindergarten will be vacant and invites applicants from all over the world Sahaja Sangha to apply for the position
The successful candidate should be:
- An established and active yogi/yogini who has been practicing Sahaja Yoga for several years, regularly attending Pujas, participating in the activities of a national collective or at the level of international Sahaja Sangha projects, or both.
- A yogi/yogini who is familiar with 4 – 6 years old children, has an open heart for them and is ready to give them unconditional love and support.
- Certification and/or expertise of kindergarten/pre-school age children is highly appreciated.
- A yogi/yogini with good discrimination who is ready to be a role model not only for children, but also for aunts and uncles in Borotín, i.e. for the whole Borotín family in a big Ashram environment.
- Any previous managerial / leadership experience is of advantage, as the principal needs to lead an international team of 10-20 adults, that takes care for approximately 30 children.
- The person should be flexible to be a team player and an enlightened leader at the same time.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
- A basic knowledge of any Slavic language is a great advantage, but not a requirement; a willingness to learn the basics of the Czech language would be beneficial.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills (Office, Excel, Word etc.) are expected, basic competence in finance skills is of advantage.
- Highly recommended to have a category „B“ driving license.
- A yogi/yogini with a wish to live in the Borotín Ashram or/and who have entered into a Sahaja marriage and are willing to live in Borotin as a couple are very welcome.
- We prefer candidates for long-term work in Borotin (minimal tenure is 2 years). Therefore we welcome yogis/yoginis from EU member countries. However, we declare our willingness to help candidates from non-EU countries with visa processing.
