Dear Family,
Jai Shri Mataji!
With Mother’s grace, we pray that we are progressing well in our spiritual ascent and are imbibing HH Shri Mataji’s Divine instructions.
In this week’s speech, HH Shri Mataji teaches us to “keep your Maryadas” in all areas of our lives and the importance of innocence, how it is lost, how we think when it is lost, and the effects of criticism on our spiritual ascent.

“There are maryadas for everything. And if you do not observe these maryadas, or these boundaries, then you are apt to get out of it, despite the fact that you are pure. And you might create a problem unnecessarily.”

Our commitment to Her Holiness Shri Mataji
Let us please commit to HH Shri Mataji’s vow/prayer in every morning meditation this week: “I will establish my Ganesha.” Don’t worry about others; your attention on others is wrong. “I’ll establish my Ganesha, and let this Mother Earth give me the full strength to establish my Shri Ganesh.”
Let’s remind ourself throughout the week to focus attention within and apply HH Shri Mataji’s words to ourselves. Regularly introspect to ensure that none of HH Shri Mataji’s words are being excused or rationalised unconsciously. Doing this will honour HH Shri Mataji and develop our ascent, individually and collectively.
Growth and spiritual ascent are stopped and reversed unknowingly, when criticising or listening to someone else criticising. Be a master of your words and attention. The fate of Sahaja Yoga is in all our hands.
