This public webcast will focus on clearing and cooling the Right Swadishthana and Nahbi Chakras which are the seat of pure attention and meditation. These chakras correspond to our liver which is located under the ribs on our right side.
Without good attention, our mind moves from one thing to another uncontrollably and we find it hard to enter thoughtless awareness meditation easily and for sustained periods. Symptoms of an overheated liver are a hot temper and irritability, poor attention and difficulty staying focused.
With a pure attention, we attain inner peace and satisfaction, allowing us to stay focused leading to more productive and balanced life
How to prepare for this webcast
Prior to joining the webcast, place some ice in a plastic bag and cover it with a cloth or small towel. During the webcast, we’ll guide you through the steps to clear the Right Swadishthana and Nahbi Chakras.
