Akshaya Tritiya Sea Puja Celebration
Sydney Sunday, 19 April 2026
Jai Shri Mataji!
On the evening of Sunday, 19 April, the Sydney Sahaja collective gathered at Kyeemagh Beach, Cook Park, Botany Bay, to observe Akshaya Tritiya, a time to move beyond the ordinary rhythm of life and express our collective awareness.

As the Puja unfolded beside the vast expanse of the sea, it became a living experience of collective consciousness in motion. The elements themselves formed part of the offering: the ocean, with its limitless depth reflecting the eternal nature of the spirit; the dome of the evening sky, boundless and all-encompassing holding the subtle presence of the sacred.

In that space, the collective offered Puja to Shri Mataji celebrating the truth of the inner abundance and the flow of divine energy within the subtle system. The collective awareness attuned to the whole.
As we offered Puja to the sea, the boundaries of time slowed, giving way to the stillness of the present moment. In that state, the Param Chaitanya was felt, the self-experienced as part of a greater, all-pervading power.

The sound of the waves breaking upon the shore became like a mantra, resonating within and drawing the attention deeper into the heart. The mind, gently quietened by the rhythm of the sea and the vibrations of the Puja, settled into a state of thoughtless awareness, silence connected to effortless inner joy.
This Sahaja Yoga collective gathering became not only with the offering, but a collective experience where the individual and the collective became one, together with Mother Nature and Shri Mataji’s formless presence.
Jai Shri Mataji
