Bandhans for Uncle Ivan Tan of Malaysia
Dear brothers and sisters,
With hearts full of love, we ask the whole collective to hold our dear Uncle Ivan Tan in your attention, as he is going through a major health crisis.
When we look at the flowering of Sahaja Yoga in Malaysia and Vietnam, we see the fruit of many years of selfless love. Ivan and KT have been among the quiet pillars of these collectives. With open hearts and open homes, they welcomed seekers, cared for new yogis like their own family, and gave their time and energy so that Shri Mataji’s gift of Self-Realisation could reach so many. Countless brothers and sisters first felt the cool breeze of Sahaja Yoga because of their warmth and their devotion. Their lives have been a living example of what Shri Mataji asked of us to be loving, to be collective, and to spread Her light without expecting anything in return.
Now it is our turn to surround Ivan with that same love. Shri Mataji taught us that the collective is one body and we come to each other’s aid. Our attention, joined together in meditation, is a great power and we offer that desire at Her Lotus Feet, we place our brother fully in Her care and protection.
We humbly request that we give bandhans for Uncle Ivan’s wellbeing, strength, peace and good health, and for his Kundalini to nourish and heal every part of his being. Please keep KT and the family in your bandhans too, that they feel Shri Mataji’s protection and comfort and are given strength as they care for him.
Let us approach this with faith and surrender. Our Mother knows everything and is looking after Her children, we love, pray and put our trust in Her.
Ivan, you have given so much to so many. Please know that your brothers and sisters across Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia and around the world are with you, holding you in our hearts and in Her light.
