Jai Shri Mataji

As the Realise Tasmania Tour drew to its conclusion, there was a deep sense that we had witnessed far more than a series of performances and events.

Throughout the journey, we experienced the living reality of Shri Mataji’s vision: that through collective spirit, music, and vibrations, hearts can be touched and transformed in ways beyond planning or expectation.

The final days of the tour provided many such reminders.

In Devonport, our program was scheduled to take place at Rooke Street Mall. Yet as often happens when we surrender our plans to the Divine, circumstances unfolded differently. Rain arrived and an outdoor performance became impossible. What could have appeared as an obstacle soon revealed itself as a blessing.

XOXO Café – Devonport

Through the spontaneous generosity of the owner of XOXO Café, a new venue opened before us. The seekers who had arranged to meet us gathered inside, and the vibrations flowed in a more intimate and welcoming atmosphere than we could have imagined.

Moments such as these remind us that when we work for the collective ascent, we are never working alone. Again and again during the tour, doors opened, solutions appeared, and opportunities emerged exactly when they were needed. The experience became a living demonstration of the subtle support that Shri Mataji spoke of so often the Divine arranging events in ways that our limited vision cannot always foresee.

The journey then continued to Mowbray Heights Primary School in Launceston, where Music of Joy shared an afternoon of music and performance with staff, parents, and children. There is something especially beautiful about witnessing young hearts respond naturally to joy and innocence. The vibrations of music transcend language, culture, and age, touching that pure place within each person where the Spirit resides. The smiles, enthusiasm, and openness of the children were a reminder of the qualities that Sahaja Yogis seek to nurture within themselves: innocence, spontaneity, and pure joy.

The final program at the Launceston Tailrace Centre brought the tour to its completion. As musicians, organisers, yogis, and seekers gathered one last time, there was a collective feeling of gratitude for all that had unfolded. The performances themselves were only one part of the story. Equally significant were the countless interactions, conversations, friendships, and moments of genuine connection that took place along the way. Seeds were planted that will continue to grow long after the final notes of music faded.

Looking back, what stands out most is the power of collectivity. Shri Mataji taught us that collectivity is not merely working together, it is the expression of the Divine within a group of realised souls united by a common purpose. Throughout Tasmania, this principle came alive in practical and inspiring ways.

Every kilometre travelled, every venue prepared, every meal shared, every stage assembled, every sound check completed, and every performance delivered was the result of collective effort.

We offer our heartfelt gratitude to those who undertook the months of planning and preparation before the tour even began. Thank you to the drivers who covered long distances with patience and care driving Shri Mataji’s White Van. Thank you to those who sourced ingredients, prepared meals, organised catering, and lovingly nourished the touring group. Thank you to the logistics teams who solved problems before most of us even knew they existed.

We are grateful to the sound engineer, venue coordinators, and teams whose dedication helped create the conditions for every program to succeed.

Tour Sound Engineer

We thank the Music of Joy musicians who offered not only their talent and pure desire and importantly, their hearts. Through their surrender, dedication, and collective spirit, the music became a vehicle for vibrations, carrying something far beyond to audiences throughout Tasmania.

We also acknowledge the many yogis and volunteers whose contributions may never be publicly recognised. Those who quietly organised, packed carpets, welcomed guests, led the dancing, arranged accommodation, transported instruments, distributed promotional material, meditated for the success of the programs, and supported the tour through prayers and vibrations,  all played an essential role.

In Sahaja Yoga we know that no act performed in a state of surrender is ever small. Every action offered to the Divine contributes to the whole. Seen from the subtle dimension, it is often these quiet acts of love and dedication that carry immense spiritual value.

As the Realise Tasmania Tour comes to an end, we feel immense gratitude to Shri Mataji for Her protection, guidance, and blessings throughout the journey.

We thank all the seekers who attended the programs, all the communities that welcomed us, and all those who experienced the vibrations through music, meditation, and genuine human connection.

The tour may have concluded, but its deeper purpose continues. Wherever vibrations were felt, wherever a heart was opened, wherever a seeker glimpsed the possibility of Self-Realisation, Shri Mataji’s is there.

May the collective spirit that carried this tour continue to grow and strengthen. May the seeds planted throughout Tasmania blossom in the hearts of many seekers.

And may we always remember that when we work together in humility, love, and surrender, the Divine achieves far more than any of us could accomplish alone.

To every person who contributed in any way to Realise Tasmania seen and unseen, on stage and behind the scenes we offer our deepest appreciation.

” I have been listening to Music of Joy since childhood, and your music still feels as magical today as it did back then. The beautiful blend of Indian classical music, choirs, harmonies, and instruments from different traditions creates something truly unique. Many of your bhajans have been a part of my meditation and Puja preparation for years. Thank you for creating music that uplifts the heart, deepens meditation, and transports the listener to a place of peace and joy – Jai Shri Mataji”
