Music of Joy took to the gardens to offer something quietly different: an invitation to seekers to experience their own inner blossoming.

Uplifting morning of music and meditation among the beautiful spring colours of Bowral’s Tulip Time Flower Festival.

It was especially heartening to receive donations from more than 70 yogis from right across Australia.

Along with Tasmania, MOJ took all of us on this mesmerising musical meditative journey, spreading Sahaj Yoga in its purest and auspicious form.

The emphasis remained simple: music as a support for the attention turning inward, and meditation as an accessible experience of inner silence.

The renowned Music of Joy group will be presenting their delightful and vibrant songs taken from countries from all over the globe.
